Signs that you need to cleanse your liver:

- Abdominal bloating

- Pain or discomfort over your liver (right upper abdominal area, under the rib cage)

- Excessive abdominal fat, pot belly, or a roll around the upper abdomen

- Trouble digesting fatty foods

- If you've had your gallbladder removed

- Acid reflux and/or heartburn

- Dark spots on the skin, commonly referred to as liver spots

- Overheating of the body and excessive perspiration

How to clean your liver (naturally) with Milk Thistle:

- For 30 days, simply mix 1/3 g of Milk Thistle 80% Silymarin in water 3x/day

- Consume dark leafy greens i.e. Kale, Spinach, Collards daily

- Snack on fruit often

- Eat beans, quinoa, peas, nuts, and seeds
