What is Niacinamide? Good question.
It's a form of vitamin B3 from foods, i.e. nuts and grains, and it's essential in facilitating cell functions such as repairing DNA damage. No big deal.
The gist:
Niacinamide helps calm inflammation (rosacea and acne), evens out skin tone by preventing dark spots from appearing, locks moisture in and harmful substances out, fights free radicals...all in thanks to its antioxidant nature.
