First and foremost, a juicer separates juice from fiber. There exists a variety of juicer options: centrifugal, masticating, twin-gear, and hand-crank.

With juicing, there is an instant fusion of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients to the bloodstream. Juices essentially give your digestion system a 'break', giving cells much needed r&r (rest and repair). No fiber means the option of packing in more veggies in a juice!

STANDARD JUICE RECIPE

BASE: Cucumber or Celery

ADD-ONS: Pick of 2 or more leafy greens (Kale, Spinach, Collard Green, Swiss Chard) and low-glycemic fruits (apple, grapefruit, lemon, cherry, orange)

BONUSES: Cayenne pepper, ginger root, broccoli stems, parsley
