THIS MORNING DRINK IS A MUST

Every morning I do my best to stay consistent in making and drinking this concoction...

Recipe Ingredients:

- Lemon juice from half a lemon

- 1/4 or 1/2 tsp of turmeric

- A pinch of black pepper

- 1 cup of warm water

- 1 tsp of lucuma (optional)

Directions:

Heat water, add the ingredients and stir.

Stir while you drink as turmeric tends to fall towards the bottom. Consume while it's still warm and see how you feel afterwards. You'll be amazed!

ICYMI, lemon water with turmeric is a drink that provides a long-lasting feeling of satiety, therefore promoting weight loss. Turmeric aids the body in properly processing ingesting sugars, thus preventing blood sugar levels to spike.
